Nice modern hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed about the staff at the executive lounge. I booked a meeting room and could use it for 3 hours. As I was alone I also could have one of my guest enjoy the b’fast buffet for free. The 3rd guest had to pay. One guest had a juice and the other a mineral water. None took benefit of the free b’fast. After 4,5 hours they asked for me ddand my guests to leave, whereafter I asked them if there were other guests who needed the room. They said no other booking was made for the entire day..and I was asked to pay the drink for the 3rd person. I told them I found them stiff and called the manager on duty. after explaining the situation, she waived the bill and apologised for the situation. Great decision and exactly what I expect from a 5 star hotel. I hope the staff can learn that we are paying guests and that we are king and loyalty should be deserved.
