The room itself was big and nice with a lovely big balcony. The grounds are also nice with the beach close by. However the buffet breakfast was terrible and we didn’t even have it on the second day as the first day was so bad. The pool area needs a good clean up and the pool bar is not working. My partner saw cockroaches in the room. It’s such a shame as it used to be a really good hotel. We had 3 nights booked there but left after the second night and stayed at a different hotel on the 3rd night. Some staff were helpful but others not.

We had a fantastic family getaway at this resort. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the Ocean. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a wide range of amenities. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the hot water in the rooms was reliable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort for a family vacation.

I love the staff who welcoming us , she's really polite and give a solid clear information regarding the hotel . then room is quite spacious and the view is nice my mom and sister absolutely love it and enjoyed it. BUT what I really disappointed is for the kitchen crew 😞 we ordering 2 set of nasi goreng karambunai , and one of the dishes REALLY SALTY , and we ask them to exchange and yes they brought it back to the kitchen and unfortunately The TASTE IS STILL THE SAME ITS VERY SALTY..idk either they make a new one or just change the plate ? But it's quite disappointing and the dish was served to my mom and she's not really enjoying it during dinner hope u guys can check with the kitchen staff since the first serve is salty and then the new one also salty???? The next time I check in here I'll just eat outside since Its not really good experience for my mom
