We had a fantastic family getaway at this resort. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the Ocean. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a wide range of amenities. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the hot water in the rooms was reliable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort for a family vacation.

I love the staff who welcoming us , she's really polite and give a solid clear information regarding the hotel . then room is quite spacious and the view is nice my mom and sister absolutely love it and enjoyed it. BUT what I really disappointed is for the kitchen crew 😞 we ordering 2 set of nasi goreng karambunai , and one of the dishes REALLY SALTY , and we ask them to exchange and yes they brought it back to the kitchen and unfortunately The TASTE IS STILL THE SAME ITS VERY SALTY..idk either they make a new one or just change the plate ? But it's quite disappointing and the dish was served to my mom and she's not really enjoying it during dinner hope u guys can check with the kitchen staff since the first serve is salty and then the new one also salty???? The next time I check in here I'll just eat outside since Its not really good experience for my mom

Clean pool, friendly staffs and breakfasts was also great, lots of choices.
