Not a bad stay. Bit old. Nice pool. Lovely staff. Too expensive for what it is. Fabulous location. Would stay elsewhere for the cost.

Perfect hotel with family. We travelled with two children age 5,7. They absolutely loved the room , large beds and sofa bed. It was very clean and no complaint about the age of the hotel. The pool and slides were perfect , kids spent hours on the man made sand pool. Beach was walkable , and perfect area to watch sunset. The massage was the best part, was surprised at how good the price was for a 5 star hotel. Service was exceptional ! Food outside of hotel was marginal , we got sick of the food around after two days . Pool side food selection was good , will definitely be back again !

LikedGreat selection of food for breakfast. The pool is lovely and the slide an added bonus for the kids. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great location.

Room is old with minimum facilities, kids club need to pay, beach pool is great, Azul beach club also has good atmosphere

LikedGood location. Breakfast was good. Pool was good.
DislikedRoom was small and basic. Really just a bed in a small space. Staff were friendly but any time I asked a question, they didn’t understand and would generally just smile and walk off or I had to explain lots of times. Room was all noisy and we could easily hear the people above and next door.
