The hotel was able to arrange adjacent rooms. As we have booked 2 rooms. And there are 4 of us. Room is large and clean.

DislikedRooms are very basic. Staff were unfriendly. Was expensive. Location wasn't the best. Won't recommend at all. Heaps of nicer places around. Staff were rude actually. Worst view from the room to no view

The location is great as it is nearby MTR and bus terminals, making it easy and convenient to reach the tourist attractions and airport. Additionally, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to nearby destinations and MTR. If you are a social person and interested in learning about different cultures, then the hotel's location is perfect for you as it allows you to socialize with the Thai community and experience the traditional Cantonese lifestyle. The room service was excellent, and the front office and concierge staff were very supportive during our stay. If you have any complaints or issues with things like Wi-Fi or cleaning, the staff will work quickly to resolve them. There are many food options available nearby, including Thai, Cantonese, Chinese, Korean, and South Indian cuisine. However, we did have a few issues during our stay. We were not satisfied with the size of the water bottles provided in our rooms. They were too small. Additionally, when we extended our stay by half a day, we did not receive any new water bottles. Despite these issues, the hotel provided a luxurious stay at a reasonable price.
