Likedthe reception is a bit far at the Mosaic hotel, but the people there (both Mikes) and the young man Ayman, were all great and helpful... it feels like you are in an apartment building away from noise and many people, and that is fine for me...

Dislikedsome electric outlets did not work, it is a little dark (i guess because it is on the first floor),
