Eastern Hotel Jeju

this is a 3 star hotel at best, not four. the hotel feels old and dated, and the location is outside of the main seogwipo area. the staff curtly rejected our request for additional pillows with a single word 'no', and communications were a challenge due to the language barrier. I'm sure there are better hotels out there.

Our stay was lovely but it would have been nicer if they include a toothbrush and a toothpaste on their basic amenities where a guest won’t have to pay for it.

We booked this hotel mainly for its affordable price, however, the location wasn't the best. It is close to a lot of tourist spots but we spend almost 2 hours on a bus to visit other beaches located in Jeju city. Overall, great hotel.

Prior for me,tidy with clean is very important when stay in hotel,this Eastern hotel have well train up the house keeping lady,very appreciate them always efficiency to clean my room with detail,I feel comfortable during my stay.On the other hand ,the front desk staffs are willing to assist you when you have any enquiries,do say thank you to Eastern Hotel staffs all have good attitude as well as passion to service our guests.thats value.one more is the hotel have a nice rooftop,in this summer season,the sky is very beautiful when sunshine,that’s big value.

Loved everything about my stay at Eastern Jeju. It was nice to do laundry on-site. Parking is off-site a few minutes away.
