We enjoyed our stay. The Ayodya Palace is a sub-section of the larger Ayodya Resort with its own small pool and space for breakfast, tea, and cocktails. The larger resort has numerous activities on site. Ideal for those wanting to relax.

LikedWe stayed at the palace in a garden room. no view just overlooking trees. The room was huge. Definitly worth getting the all inclusive deal, anything from the menu and also the beverage menu. Make sure you ask for the al a carte menu for breakfast as the sunrise acai bowl and eggs benedict were fantasic, also 4 pieces of laundry are included per day, which they dont tell you. we didnt find out til 1/2 way through our stay. would definitely recommend a stay here. Also not far from the shops if you want to change money or have a massage etc. We rode the bikes there in 5/10 minutes.

DislikedThe beds were very hard, we asked for a mattress topper but i think just they placed an extra doona on but it was still very hard.

Had a very pleasant two might stay at the Palace. The room was spacious and pretty. The palace has a private small pool separate from the big pool of the resort. The whole place was clean and tidy, nice private beach access with plenty of seats. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were average, not the best for coffees if you’re particular about your coffees. Gym was average, small-ish. Their spa, however, is amazing. It’s a 30+ year old grand hotel so it does feel a bit tired but they are having renovations when I was staying so hopefully it’ll give a bit of a freshness to the place after the completion.

LikedLoved the private pool and lounge area in the Ayodya Palace.

DislikedPart of the external roof and tiles collapsed from the 5th floor while we were there. Lucky no one was hurt.

LikedAs we got married at the Ayodya in 2017 we were looking forward to revisit these great memories now with our 2 year old daughter. After some maintenance issues the staff really went above and beyond to improve our stay. The daily breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail were extensive and of good quality. The grounds, gardens and pools are still beautiful and well maintained. My daughter loved the kids club, the swimming toys and the court yard pools with the fish. The staff was lovely and accommodating to our daughter. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated.

DislikedAfter years of closure due to Covid there is some maintenance still to be completed. The hotel just reopened a couple if months ago. However when we discussed our concerns the manager solved the issues and went above and beyond to improve our stay.
