YEHS Hotel Sydney QVB

LikedA very nice YEHS hotel in the CBD, great location with QVB, Woolworth & lots of shops nearby. Very friendly staff especially Christin and Biddya, Christin help us to booked a uber, she is amaizing and very profesional as well, Thank you very much Christin you trully helpfull. Highly recommended!!!

LikedThe best thing about this property is it’s location. Right in heart of Sydney CBD area, next to the Queen Victoria Building with shops and eateries all around. Walking distance to the trams and town hall train station which makes it easily accessible to and fro everywhere. Rooms were clean and well kept, though furnishings were a bit dated.

DislikedI was assigned a room facing the back of building and did not like the proximity of the other building. Had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Worse was the thumping music from a pub nearby on Friday and Saturday nights. Not good for light sleepers.

LikedThe room was clean, the bathroom was excellent - spacious and clean. However, the communal space in the hotel was not that inviting, perhaps it requires a bit of a revamp/update. The beds were a little hard, but it was okay to sleep in for one night. The location is fantastic! Close to Darling Harbour, the QVB and Town Hall Station, and Coles and Woolies supermarkets, as well as the tram to Circular Quay.

DislikedMore comfortable beds, and a more inviting communal space for tea/coffee. This area was quite secluded as well, it would be great to have more information on Sydney in this area, too

LikedIt was the location that was outstanding just opposite the QVB. The room was large. The bed comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom so water went everywhere when you showered. The staff were terrific.
