Everything was great about this hotel except for the resort fees which wasn’t mentioned on the website that I have used for reservation and also the room that I stay in wasn’t has a view.
check in staff could be nicer, same for the concierge
I was staying in Venetian because of the expo in the same venue, which was very convenient. Check-in was smooth despite the long queue. I ended paying extra per night for higher room; not sure it was worth the cost but the view was quite nice, especially at night. The location in relation to the rest of the strip was central which made walking feasible. Check-out was a breeze. Housekeeping was a bit early so remember to put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door handle. Gaming floor was clean, tidy and many new slots. Lots of shopping.
Excellent, clean, great hair salon, Tao was amazing, shops are fun. Front desk could use some work.
we met with 2 other family couples and had and excellent time. we especially enjoyed the pools and the gambling was good as well.We only ate fast foods and the rest were out of the hotel in other restaurants. .we will definetely come back. most likely during the week as opposed to weekends. rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable.
