Rooms were nice sized (although we booked the club premier room so a big room was expected). The location is excellent, walking distance to the towers and pavilion mall and perfect to have the mall right downstairs. When we checked in, the hotel's system had a system error, which resulted in no room for us. Hence, they offered to upgrade us to another room at a nearby 4-star hotel. As the other hotel was less convenient than BTS Hotel, we requested to check back into BTS Hotel on the 2nd day. They offered to upgrade us again to compensate for loss time. Good stay, spacious room. Minor hiccup - late checkout only available up to 12.30 pm, so while waiting for my return transfer at 1.30 pm at the lobby, was told to place luggage bags with concierge instead beside me and my mom at the sofa area. Dozed off while sitting at the sofa, was awakened by the security staff and told not to fall asleep there.
