Rooms were nice sized (although we booked the club premier room so a big room was expected). The location is excellent, walking distance to the towers and pavilion mall and perfect to have the mall right downstairs. Not sure if it was since it was peak time but the service was terrible in general. From check in to the breakfast to the forgetting to leave fresh waters in the room to the unfriendliness of many of the staff... Overall a great place if they improve service.
Clean huge club lounge room, great big rooftop pool. Excellent service. Real value for money. Only 1 negative that the big king size bed was too firm
When we checked in, the hotel's system had a system error, which resulted in no room for us. Hence, they offered to upgrade us to another room at a nearby 4-star hotel. As the other hotel was less convenient than BTS Hotel, we requested to check back into BTS Hotel on the 2nd day. They offered to upgrade us again to compensate for loss time. I would like to compliment their excellent customer service which made our stay in KL a pleasant one despite all the hiccups.
Location is great. BUT... rooms are pretty old and tired. Reception staffs are 'just doing their job'.
Good stay, spacious room. Minor hiccup - late checkout only available up to 12.30 pm, so while waiting for my return transfer at 1.30 pm at the lobby, was told to place luggage bags with concierge instead beside me and my mom at the sofa area. Dozed off while sitting at the sofa, was awakened by the security staff and told not to fall asleep there.
