on arrival the room appeared to be adequate, on returning to the room we detected an unpleasant smell (sewerage related). having reported this to reception a lady came up to the room and agreed the same.this member was staff was more than helpful and offered alternative accommodation which we accepted. her mannerism and professionalism is to be commended
