hotel was good. when we first turned up the service by the reception guy was nonexistent. I’ve always believe first impression makes a big difference. when we got there the reception guy never explains anything to us from how to use the car park card and you needed to use your card to work the lifts. lucky the lovely cleaning lady help us out with everything ever thou it wasn’t her job to. when we check out the two new reception people were very helpful. they even walked us to the car park and fix everything up for us. just to the guy who serve us on check in remember your the face of this company and first impressions and communication to your guest is the biggest thing by helping them and making them feel welcome and making their stay feel good.
