Other than the private beach and nice dining, this hotel was quite disappointing. The room we were in was dark and had no natural light as when we opened the curtains there was a huge concrete wall as our view. The in room facilities were quite poor, the TV and WiFi kept cutting out and the shower was no more than just a trickle. This is more of a 3 star hotel than 4
pleasent, quiet, food lovely variety to choose from, breakfast buffet delicious, staff polite and always there to help, activities available all brilliant to do. just a little over priced and out of the way
very good customer service except for reception just turn down a potential customer
so very super great, relaxing & excellent food,
