Wonderful hotel with a great services and amazing location nearby from Dubai mall. Reception staff especially Grace were very helpful in attending to customers needs. She, in particular, went above and beyond what you could expect. I wanted to extend my stay and I had to go through the hustles of moving to another DAMAC hotel nearby but she spend nealy a full afternoon to spare me this extra hustle and ensure that I stay in the same room I was in. Again, great hotel, and great staff!
