the hotel staff were exceptional. I have never experienced staff that are extremely professional but also warm and welcoming the young lady who checked us In I’d like to acknowledge in particular. her name escapes me but I received two text messages , from her whilst in Melbourne asking if I was enjoying my stay and was there anything she could do tomake our stay more enjoyable. I assume it’s a standard pricedure as part of your service but nonetheless it felt personal and genuine.

Room was very clean and modern and mattress/pillows were very comfortable. Food in their breakfast buffet tasted really good. Customer service was excellent throughout the stay. One minor thing I didn't like was that to flush the toilet each time you need to fold the toilet seat down first to access the button.
