the hygienic condition of the bathroom is fair, the floor is always wet and won’t dry. the room is okay, but no air conditioner and the weather was 39 degrees during my stay. the hottest in London history. so I was ‘baked’ in the room. the lady at the front desk provided me an extra fan, it helped a lot. But no lift and I was on the top floor. the process of carrying luggage to my room was a horrible experience. The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful.
