The staffs were helpful, especially the Concierge team, who are willing to receive important parcels on behalf of me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Shanghai be it for leisure or business purpose.
Love this hotel! Great location and super clean.
eating and shopping and train station are all within walking distance. rooms are well kept and big and comfortable to stay in. reception staff were helpful and kind to help me with all my requests.
