we paid over $400 per night at this hotel. our first night was not good as the mattress was very old and crappy. the hotel changed the mattress on our request and the replacement was much better. breakfast at the hotel was bad. we went at three different times in the hope the food would be hot and fresh but it did not change. the hot food was cold and the bacon had been destroyed by the cook. the shuttle to and from the hotel is a saviour as without it you are stuck at the hotel, it runs regularly enough. the private beach for the hotel is very good but bear in mind it depends how much you paid for you room if you have to pay each day for the beach at 10 euro per day per person. the view from the room is what you pay for, it is spectacular. with out the view and the use of the balcony we would have been vert disappointed with our choice of accommodation. the accommodation is actually very old but kept clean. good luck getting wine glasses for your room and ice unless you are lucky and one of the staff after begging lend you some.
