Excellent location. Easy to use public transport. Close to shoping mall. Nice large room with great views. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly staff.
I like the contemporary design of the room, very user friendly indeed. The wardrobe can be opened from the corridor and inside the bathroom. I will stay in KL Hilton if I visit KL again.
The room was big and service was excellent.
Despite having made an online booking more than a week earlier, I finally arrived at the hotel late at night and after a long journey only to be told they had no rooms available. I was told I was to be moved to the Hilton at PJ some 45 minutes away. This is unacceptable and after much discussion a room was found.
