Centrally located. Lovely clean rooms but a little small. Beautiful champagne breakfast with a great variety of food. A lovely complimentary afternoon tea each day. Staff are pleasant but I feel just doing their job. I slipped on their wet floor and hurt my knee quite badly . I was given some ice and that’s it. I was never asked how I was. Even at check out when I was asked how my stay was and I mentioned my fall. Reception staff just shrugged off and made no comment. I found their lack of care disappointing and for that reason I would not stay there again.
