Excellent.... the only thing I miss in the reservation is that it didnt include breakfast.

Love everything about it. The service , from the front desk to the restaurant were all first class. We arrived at 8am from a cruise ship. They showed us where we could change and store the luggage. We them spent our time waiting by walking the city and on the pool deck. When the room, 9th flr, was ready, it was very nicely done with a great bed and comforter. Love it all. We picked by price and the Sheraton name, wee glad we did. Not much of the hurricane effect is to be seen in Old San Juan. Area has charm, not beaches. But we would pick to stay there again. 5 star. Palio restaurant also highly recommended.
