The location and the masive pool which stretched from the beach to the dinning area was amazing.The loungers on a grass area by the beach were a great touch.The villas look lovely but need a liitle more attention to detail ie. net curtains to provide some privacy,somewhere to hang a towel in bathroom would be great and again some net curtains above the bath as the main window is level with the steps to the villa next door so if you are not an exhibitionist you have to keep the blinds down.The staff really need some guidance and training as it was the only hotel I have encontered where the room attendant entered the room without ringing the door bell,which was not ideal as I was getting dressed.The breakast was ok but the restaurant was a shambles at night with each staff doing a bit of everything and actually running ifrom the restaurant to the kitchen with the result that nothing got completed.We waited 45 mins for meal which tuned up cold,when we asked to speak to the manger or someone in charge there wasnt anyone which explained why the waiters were so disorganised.We spoke to the front desk and the cost for some of the meal was refunded.It could be an amazing place but compared to other hotels in the same area it does not seem to be 5star.
