Magical spot in the mountains and a great heritage spot. We loved the indoor heated pool on a cold day. Staff were very friendly and we had a great meal at the sister accommodation spot Echoes. The sink was leaking. My husband requested a healing / therapeutic massage which ended up being rather soft and disappointing for him. I got an express manicure in the morning which did not provide a great range of colours (unless you bought a bottle) and i would have liked some nail products applied that cared for my damaged nails but there were none - for an expensive process.
