As it was my boyfren’s bday, I did some special request n got more than expected. however, there was a miscommunication when I checked in with a Japanese lady whose instruction on the payment wasn’t really clear. however overall was good

Staff asked me is it ok with second floor room, i thought we can view outside, but all i see is tree, road and noisy cars pass by. Many peoples at downstairs smoking and the last thing is i found four red ants inside my room and it's not dead ants. I hope infinity pool can open till 2am. This is for some guest that late check in to enjoy the midnight view while swimming.
