Low quality hotel with four stars when it should be at maximum two stars. Was greeted at arrival with the following sentence (quoting): 'Hello good evening, how would you like to pay?' Instead of asking me how my travel was, if I have any requests or anything like that, they totally focused on me paying. Since this was a prepaid reservation the receptionist didn't know what to do but left. So, I had to call him back and explain that we would highly appreciate some information about the hotel, for instance when the breakfast is served. Also, it would have been nice to get the keys to the room which he totally forgot. The service at the hotel during the evening was at a really bad. Some examples: - the reserved parking was not available which we asked for. - when having dinner we were charged +40% more than expected. (The mistake was corrected later on.) - the fridge in the room didn't work at all. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel unless you are aware of the fact that this hotel is not really a four star hotel.
