It looks old fashion but the room is large and very clean. Staff are friendly, the staff at convenience store in this hotel was so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is alright. Rooms and reception area are a bit outdated, but in general it is pleasant to stay there overnight. The location close to the airport is great and very convenient that they offer a free shuttle service from Narita JR Station to the hotel and to the Airport.
