I didnt like the hotel nor the service .. the reception workers were rude and never smiled and you ask for something or a help they do it making you feel theyre doing you a favor ! i paid online and when i arrived they charged me for the country taxes and the worst of this was when i checked out and they charged me 80 koruna for the bottle of water that they put on the table in the room without any note that its to pay for ! its not for the money but i felt like theyre playing with me ! I had to call them cos there was no toilette paper in the bathroom and the door card didnt work ! not good price quality hotel !
