the service here is fantastic. we stayed in one of the suites and it exceeded our expectations. the bed and pillows are super comfy and it was so nice to have a relaxing bath. the pool area is really nice and there's also a cafe and food truck down the bottom. some of the restaurants weren't open while we we were there mid-week. there's a bus stop super close by which makes it easy to get to and from the airport. would definitely stay again.
The Pan Pacific was an excellent choice for a hotel. We had our school’s Year 12 ball being held there so was an easy choice, but this did not disappoint! We had stunning views of the river, the room was a great size with very comfy beds. Bar Uma had very friendly staff with a great selection of beverages and the restaurant served a lovely breakfast in the morning. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to others. The staff make you feel right at home!
