I was put on level 5. My room overlooked another rooftop of giant air conditioner vents which I could barely see because the windows were so dirty! They had a leather chair in the room that should have been put out into a clean up because all the 'leather' was peeling off and looked really not 4 star! I reported my shower tap not turning off and was hoping to have it repaired before I came home in the evening but no, still running all night and even with the door closed it could still be heard. The tap that could not be turned off was the hot water so with the bathroom door closed it was stifling hot when you had to use the bathroom. Overall very disappointed in my stay and I would not be going back to the Pullman. I think what was most disturbing is that the hotel is surrounded by glass - clean them!
