Disappointing. Due to staff shortage room was not cleaned regularly. Breakfast was horrible, having to queue and things like butter was not restocked due to stock shortage. Food too was in short supply. Reception staff lacked knowledge and not helpful. Extention of my stay was not recorded despite me telling the staff and had to remind them twice.
