We had many things wrong in our room, TV didn't work, when we had a shower the water would go into the lounge, the kettle had burnt milk in it, the phone didn't work. It was a nice facility, but we just felt like we were just another person staying in a pod. The breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar staff were great. The restaurant music was awful, we felt like we were back in the 80s. The room service lacked as we had to call many times for things to get fixed but no one would show up.
