Rang ahead to confirm Airport pick up ( 5 Adults, 1 Child + luggage). Didn't show up! 1 hour later after 2 Taxi rides at considerable expense the very rude Concierge suggested they were there waiting we must have missed them, so it was our fault. The Thai's in our party found the Driver who told us you cannot ring ahead you must call on arrival only ??? So why give us direction to the pick up point 24 hours earlier ? We then had to carry all our luggage upstairs, no help from Staff. We have stayed here in the past but never again it has gone down hill in a big way since being taken over. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

A good value for the money we paid. The hotel is close to the Suvarnabhumi airport. 810THB for free shuttle b/w airport & hotel and an AC room that came with breakfast. Plus there were lots of eateries and a convenient store right outside the hotel.
