Stayed for 1 night. The bathroom was totally filthy, including floors, bathtub and toilet. When I first came in the room, it wasn't even cleaned from a previous guest. The room smelled like cigarettes the whole time. Honestly, I would not recommend the hotel to others. The only good thing is that it was close to Civic Center, 95, and places to eat.

Booked room on-line for a week. Expected a clean and secure room, as I was traveling alone. There were cigarette burns all over the top side of the bathtub and hair inside. The security lock on the inside of the entry door was broken off. When I pulled the covers back on the bed, the bottom sheet was stained and wrinkled. The floor had not been swept. There was a roach on the nightstand next to the clock that I was about to set the time on. I called the desk at 11:30 p.m. to tell them how filthy the room was. I asked for another room. I was told there were none available that evening, but they could give me another room the next day. I asked for a newly remodeled room and was told that all their rooms were remodeled at the same time. I then asked for a refund. I had no choice but to sleep in that awful room that night. It was too late to leave. The next morning I asked for a refund for the remaining six days that I had prepaid for. The service clerk said I would have to contact the company I booked the room through, Evoline. I reported this to customer service. I detailed my stay and sent pictures of everything I saw in that room. On April 1st, I received an email from Evoline saying that after their investigation proving that I only stayed one night, I would get a partial refund in a few business days.
