Enjoyed a really great stay. Had a lovely welcome from James who, after we had asked about the possibility of upgrading to a refurbished room, showed us a delightful room which we chose to pay a little more for. It was well worth it as the view of the lake was superb, the bathroom was huge and the room was well appointed. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and competent. We particularly found Cat and Lee in the restaurant to be exceptionally helpful with my difficult dietary requirements.
