lovely reception by staff made checking in a pleaure ( Ben) room fine with nice view of St. Catherines dock bed huge and very comfy unfortunately stay let down by lack of heating in the room - an engineer did come quite quickly to try and fix but was unable to . we were given a plug in heater which was adequate didnt have breakfast there so cannot comment on that
