Housekeeping was not consistent. The turndown service was missed one night. The couple we were traveling with had the same experience. One day it was after 5 before our room was straightened. The breakfast was fine but limited choices for juice and milk. The coffee cups seemed to be limited and paper cups were the alternative. The afternoon wine was nice but additional choices would be appreciated. Thw bartender with the bow tie was very attentive and stopped to top off our drink. The women on duty didn't mingle and we had to go to her. Not a big issue but considering the room price and reputation I expected a higher quality of service. Our initial greeting was fabulous. The welcoming champagne and tour was a nice touch. The rooms were smaller than expected. The bed and bath was great but the chairs were not comfortable.
