The customer service was dreadful for a 5 star hotel. My room booking included breakfast... we had 3 people in the room and were told that their were only 2 breakfast to be provided... but printed out 3 vouchers??? The lady on the door at the breakfast room was rude, very rude didn't show us to our table then accused me of not giving her our vouchers??? She left them on the table and the server took them.....Trying to order food & drink at the pool was a joke there was no service - we had to wave our hands like crazy people to attract the waiters attention, the waitress then gave us a menu and didn't come back to take our order. When we finally got some food we left cash payment in the folder as we were going off snorkelling (this was about 12:30 pm) after spending the day at the beach we remembered we had left out own towel by the pool when we went down to get it approx. 6 pm the money for the lunch was still sitting in the folder ....it was lucky someone hadn't stolen the cash. I was so looking forward to staying at Turtle Bay but very disappointed with the staff - no care, no interest in their guests
