Two main reason I would rate it as a poor level 1. The smoke detector went off early in the morning at 3:15am. Imagine the panic!! The worst is we could not reach anyone on the phone to advise us the situation. Everyone around my room was also in a panic mode. I reckon they should advise the clients through their microphone instead of keeping us very worried thinking whether it was the gas, fire something else. We were scared of taking the lift in case it gets stopped. This was very disturbing as my children and myself could not sleep after that and had terrible headache. I had to call them as an outside caller to be able to talk to them. No complimentary voucher or discount was given. Just an apology was not good enough. 2. The breakfast I paid $225 + $87.00 for breakfast. My children found that my breakfast at home was far better than what was offered. The bacon was full of fats. There were no great choices for a $29.00 p/p. Those are the two important thing that should be perfect in a hotel. Thank you.
