front desk help zero, mutilpe requests with no response. i asked daily no one at facility ever had the urge to respond or follow for my request, front desk ignored calls from room. extremely limited english w reception staff or restaurant room service. not even basic job related language. expectations were already low as i booked as a budget unit but the ant problem was unexpected. spraying daily couldn’t hurt, as those lil buggers bite and hurts and we’re very invasive i could only think of being bit while i slept it made me itchy. speaking of sleep pretty sure i was sleeping on a box spring it was that hard. HINT: i tool pool chair lounge pad & put under sheet, lessen the pain some what as i’m used to a pillow top :( the only bright light of facilities was cleaning staff was attentive and gave me xtra supplies as needed. FYI AC worked most wk lol very basic overall,
