    Incredible Place To Stay

This hotel is beautifully decorated with an amazing ambiance. Love seeing the Manager being so hands on with the hotel. The staffs were super helpful and friendly when we arrived. I can see that the staff have undergone a lot of training and they were very spontaneous, quick and helpful with all matters of stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Very good staff attitude they have. Beautiful room with all the right amenities. Bathroom was super nice. If staying here you must make use of the champagne vending machine and have a cocktail in the lounge with a fantastic view of the strip. The facilities were also really good, especially the spa and fitness centre. The pool is a bit small, but totally fine for my kind of swimming. Everything about this place for me was wonderful.

    Living in Luxury

It was like stepping into the most luxurious room, I've ever seen. Everything was remote controlled or had additional controls on the walls, which I've never seen at any hotel room before (granted this was Vegas, and I'm pretty sure most hotels are updating nowadays, but my friend and I were completely blown away and ended up spending 10 minutes just opening and closing the blinds). The beds were both so soft, yet also firm enough that I didn't wake up with a sore back. The pillows and blankets definitely were more than enough to keep us warm during the night, considering we didn't figure out where and how to use the air conditioning system. All in all, this is a great hotel to stay at, even in what you could consider their most standard room. It is a little on the pricier end, but if you put together the fact that you're definitely getting what you pay for, and the fact that you don't have to walk through a smoky casino every time you go in / out, I would definitely say to splurge and go for a room here.

    A Diamond In The City

Everything was wonderful, except that our room wasn't ready. We got there really early. No room. Not a problem. We went to work out and then had lunch. Room was ready then. Michael, a valet, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, hospitable, engaging (to everyone), and gave us so many tips. From where to drive our (rented Aston Martin) to where to park when we went to Sinatra's. He made the trip for us. We thoroughly enjoyed him. The room was a north facing strip view room. It was big and spacious. One hidden feature was that part of the wall moved to close off the bathroom even more (since a few people have mentioned the glass walls and NO privacy in the bathroom). The bathtub was decent sized with a faucet and a handheld sprayer even bath salt. I was pretty happy about that. Lots of counter space. There was a hair dryer, a straightener, and a jewelry box for ladies. Nice touch. The curtains and lights were a bit tricky to use. We still didn't have them quite figured out after a week. They are both electronic, and the blackout out curtains were blackout. The closet area is huge with lots of hanging space, pullout drawers, a safe, and even a valet closet. That was a first for us. Very nice. Getting into the hotel is a bit confusing. You have to go up to the 23rd floor to check and then take a different elevator to get to your room. Keeps the rift raft out The place is quiet. No casino, so no smoke! We at at Mozen a few times. We had the breakfast buffet, right before it closed. Still had several options-hot and cold. The staff here was fairly decent. We also had sushi once there and once delivered. Both good. We stopped at the bar on the 23rd floor for martinis. Beautiful view of The Strip. Facing north and south. The spa was unbelievable. Unbelievable. We did the happiness couples massage followed by the foot spa. I do not normally sleep during massages. I was out like a light for both of these.
