Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was listed as an amenity but you have to use one of the nearby pay lots, which is rather pricy. Room was small but had large closet and dresser for storing items. No AC, but fan provided to circulate air. Room had private bath, but water pressure in shower was iffy at times (4th floor). Breakfast was pretty minimal. Neighborhood is not the greatest (vagrants, noisy), but hotel is within walking distance of many dining, shopping and entertainment options.
