Excellent hotel. Very large comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Delicious, generous breakfast. Handy location. Merina at reception was very helpful and friendly every time we had contact. I found her to be above and beyond the other reception staff. The only faults I found were; -I requested a room with a bath tub. The room had a bathtub. but it was definitely a child-sized bath. In a room designed for couples with a king bed, this was a real let down. I have arthritis and was hoping to have hot soaks after big days of walking. I am merely 5ft in height, and the bath was still way too small for me. -the parking lot needs an elevator. Dragging a week's winter luggage for two, up two flights of narrow concrete steps, was not pleasant. To then see the massive lobby and wasted space outside the front door, that could've incorporated an elevator to the parking lot was disappointing. Thankyou to Merina for making our stay fabulous.

hotel was very central and within easy reach of lots of public transport . room was spacious enough to stay comfortably for a period of time. hotel service was good . room really needed attention- updating and modernising . looked a bit well worn - particularly the bathroom
