We have an unresolved issue with Getaroom who have our money but have yet to pay Bali Dynasty for our stay. This naturally reflects extremely poorly on Getaroom and in turn damages Hotels Combine's reputation. The pool facilities were really handy to have on hand in the resort, water slide & mini water playground all in the junior pool area. Happy hour @ 12 & 5pm provided great value for money on cocktails & refreshments.
