The stay at this hotel, was extremely unpleasant. The room was very small, it could barely fit two people. The floors in the room had cracks in it and the bathroom was also very small, making it hard to use the bathroom and shower. The shower head was broken, with little to no hot water at times. The pillows in the room were lumpy and not comfortable to sleep on. The smell going up the stairs and in the room was unbearable and at times the room was extremely stuffy due to no ventilation whatsoever. The hotel should consider creating a safer way to enter the rooms as the stairs were dark and very narrow, making it nearly impossible to carry cases up to the room. Overall, the service was below average from staff and our stay at this hotel was terrible. We do not reccomend.
