Make sure if you have any changes with the hotel that is confirmed before arrving via email or by talking to a staff member over the phone. Had changes made to my booking with a whole days notice and they did not confirm any of it even though I was messaging the company via their own online chat service and they said it was confirmed just to be locked out of my own room and told otherwise.

The ONE Legian was a great hotel to stay in, the rooms were clean and suitable for our couple of nights stay. The veranda was a bit of a let down but that's about it. The central location was perfect, you could walk anywhere from the hotel. The service was great, the hotel security were friendly along with the hotel staff.
