Named after the terrace-style layout of its hillside buildings, Scalea is a picture-perfect commune overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and backed by numerous national parks. Along with centuries-old seafront towers and iconic churches, Scalea features nearby beaches, a water park and popular island.
