About Tegernsee

Tegernsee is a picturesque resort town set on a glacier-formed lake. The Bavarian Alps soar over the lake and create a perfect backdrop to hike and mountain bike in the summer. Winter snowfall transforms Tegernsee into a hub to ski, snowboard and toboggan in a stunning alpine setting.

The lake is warmest in June and July when Tegernsee enjoys blue skies and lashings of sunshine.
