As others have said this centrally placed small hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff team, nothing is too much trouble and they make great suggestions of places to eat and visits to make. No enquiry seems to faze them, indeed the young lady at Reception was even able to suggest where I might buy treats for my dog who is back at home in UK. She was absolutely correct too and she did not bat an eyelid when asked. Gold star service with a big smile. Our room was spotlessly clean, it was decorated in modern subtle tones, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had lovely towels and delicious complimentary L’Occitaine toiletries. Our request for decaf coffee for the machine was met immediately and supplies were replenished daily. On several days we took advantage of the included breakfast which offered 3 choices of freshly prepared food with juice and hot drinks. All was enjoyable and appreciated. We would not hesitate to return to the St Regis and believe it to be an exceptional hotel which prioritises customer service to the utmost.
