Carnac is home to some of the most impressive megalithic sites in the world. Carnac is located on the south coast of Brittany, a two-hour drive from Nantes. The town is compact and easy to get around on foot while Auray Train Station is a 20-minute drive away. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a five-hour drive north-east.
